(The wise, grounded part of you who wants good and positive things)

(Being present to choose whose voice you will listen to)

We all get to choose our path to success. We have the potential to generate success by listening to the voice of fear and judgment or we can choose even greater success by using our strengths to take us further.

This practice helps people with ADHD judge themselves less and act from a more positive part of themselves, promoting wellbeing, strengthening individuals, families, teams, companies, and communities. 

​

Negative emotions are important only as signals that   something is amiss and may need correction. Staying in a negative emotional state clouds our ability to see things clearly and produces stress hormones.

Saboteur?

They are a gang of 10 with a  leader called the JUDGE. They all started out as strengths but were overused and became part of the survival and scarcity region in the brain. Saboteurs use weapons of fear, stress, guilt, shame, insecurity to motive.

Sage?

The sage is your true self.  Rooted in good and much more powerful than the saboteur because they dwell in the land of goodness, abundance, and flow in our brain. The sage uses empathy, curiosity, creativity, passion, and purpose which are much more positive motivators and lead to well-being. The sage knows that every outcome or circumstance can be turned into a gift and opportunity.

The program is 7 weeks of practice and accountability within confidential and supportive community access through all on an app on your phone or tablet.

Who is this Program For?

This program is based on the work of Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence. It is for anyone who wishes to respond to life’s stressors quicker and with more positive outcomes. For adults with ADHD, it is a way to better manage many troubling symptoms of ADHD in bite size chunks with support and connection to others.

  • Do PQ rep brain exercises for 15 minutes per day
