The SAGE and the SABOTEURS both have the potential to generate success. ONLY the Sage generates your personally highest level of success and sustained happiness. The sage path promotes wellbeing and sustainable relationships that strengthen individuals, families, teams, companies, and communities. 

Negative emotions are important only as signals that something is amiss and may need correction. Staying in negative emotions cloud our ability to see things clearly and take the laser-focused action necessary. The saboteur says to stay in a negative mindset. The sage says use your higher powers to move forward.


They are a gang of 10 with a vicious leader called the JUDGE. They all started out as strengths but were overused and became part of the survival and scarcity region in the brain. Saboteurs use weapons of fear, stress, guilt, shame, insecurity to motive.

The sage is your true self.  Rooted in good and much more powerful than the saboteur because they dwell in the land of goodness, abundance, and flow in our brain. The sage uses empathy, curiosity, creativity, passion, and purpose which are much more positive motivators and lead to well-being. The sage knows that every outcome or circumstance can be turned into a gift and opportunity.




How do you become Mentally Fit?

By building your self-command muscle in the PQ gym, you will have the brainpower to intercept the judge and his/her accomplice saboteurs and strengthen your sage. Make better decisions with less stress and improve the lives of those around you! 


The program is 6 weeks of practice and accountability within a supportive community accessed through an app on your phone or tablet.

This 6-week program is based on the work of Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence. It is for anyone who wishes to respond to life’s stressors quicker and with more positive outcomes. 

  • Take the saboteur assessment

  • Watch one video per week

  • Do PQ rep brain exercises for 15 minutes per week

  • Attend Weekly Pod support meeting (optional)
